My E-Mail In Response To Our Governor's Asking For Suggestions

Okay. Here's the e-mail I just sent to the gov. If you don't hear from me for awhile, please get together and post my bail.
Love...Ms. Moon

Governor- I believe that I am not the only one who would love to see you do many, many workdays in state offices where you have eliminated hundreds of jobs. It would be instructive and beneficial, I am sure, for you to see what it is like to try and serve the people of Florida (whom you were elected to serve, as I recall) with the impossibly limited resources available after all your cuts.
You could start with the job my son used to do at DCF. Oh wait. That position has been eliminated.
These state job workdays would not be sexy, they would not be fun, and the photo ops would be limited- seeing someone sitting at a desk behind a computer in a windowless cubicle is definitely boring. However, I think a lot of your fellow citizens would enjoy the sight.
Also- another bonus! You could walk to work, thus eliminating the taxpayer's expense of sending you around the state to work at doughnut shops, etc.

So please consider my suggestion.

Your fellow citizen...Mary Moon

  1. The only downside would be that he would then be inflicted on some poor state office all day.

  2. oooooo, you're on a list now!

  3. You are a woman after my own heart. Though I don't live in Fla, we have our own little dictator up here in Michigan who has gotten a piece of my mind numerous times since his election. I am still flabbergasted at how people can be so easily reduced to numbers, how easily people have taken to these jerks stealing from the poor to give to the rich. So tell that jackass where to stick it, Ms. Moon.

  4. Now after reading your post this morning about this guy, I was expecting something MUCH more vitriolic! I am slightly disappointed. :) But I loved it.

  5. You are much kinder than i would have been. He makes me sick. I hate the way he looks... like some boney snakey villain. sssshivers!

  6. I believe one of the only things left in this sorry country of ours is the ability to say whatever the hell one wants, so if they throw you in jail for this we'll have not only post your bail but spirit all of us out of the country.

  7. DTG- Yeah, but it'd be worth it for all those people to watch him fuck up all day long.

mungam- I think I've been on that list a long time.

Sara- I think it's just inherent with politics. Seems to be, anyway.

Kori- I do not care to get arrested. Look at that man's face. I'm sort of scared of him.

    Ms. Fleur- Exactly.

  8. Elizabeth- I can sure as shit learn more Spanish.

  9. Now that you are finished telling his sorry butt off, come give my governor in Texas an earful.

  10. Just heard that corporations are raking in record profits and...guess what....letting go of employees. Great for those greedy bastards. And the elimination of state jobs is just another fiasco because...guess what..those jobs won't be done by the private sector. So the work won't get done. Hope the Tea Baggers get what they want and deserve.

Tell me, sweeties. Tell me what you think.
