Horrorscape

I should never have talked about my dreams. I didn't think they could get worse.
Well they did.
Every element was there including my stepfather.
There could be nothing more boring than hearing about someone else's nightmares so I'll spare you but let's just say that I have quite a few unresolved issues.

It's a beautiful day, the sun is finally out, it is chilly and I am going to meet up with Lily and Jessie and the grandboys and we are going to the Jr. Museum which should be great fun. There will be animals. The endless weekend that this holiday season was has now passed.

Now. If only this horrible curse of a mood I'm in would pass as well.

Let real life commence.

Love...Ms. Moon

  1. I'm so sorry the bad dreams have returned. I hope the Jr. museum turns the day around.

  2. I think you should spend a few minutes each night before falling asleep picturing yourself in a karate outfit, chopping up bad dreams with your hands and exuding bad-ass-ness. Power of suggestion, you know. It wouldn't hurt to try. Cheap but empowering. I am not kidding and I am not taking your situation lightly. I rarely dream and even more rarely have bad dreams, but I had one a few nights ago and I was exhausted when I woke up. I can't imagine how tiring it would be to have them frequently.

  3. I don't know if this is true, but it may be worth trying. Somebody told me that you'll have worse dreams if you sleep on your left side. Try to sleep on your right side or your stomach. I don't generally remember my dreams at all, and I sleep on my right side. I hope it'll work for you....those dreams that seem to last all night while you're fighting your way to wakefulness can be excruciating.
