Why? WHY?

If I have one more dream about having to clean up multiple gross and icky sinks, refrigerators, ovens and stoves before I can cook for what appear to be hundreds who are VERY HUNGRY, I am going to quit sleeping.

I wake up exhausted every morning.

Off to T-Ball!

Love...Ms. Moon

  1. Try saying 'Everything is Ready' to yourself 50 times before you fall asleep :)

  3. Big Mamabird- Double dang.

Jo- "Everything is ready" would probably indicate to my mind that I am not ready to commence the horrible dreams.

Ellen Abbott- If, when you're dreaming you think, "This is just like my dreams!" does that qualify as lucid? Probably not.

  4. Yes, that must be exhausting! I hardly dream at all, that I can remember, anyway. I'm beginning to think that's a good thing.

  5. My Mother used to dream she had to feed a whole bunch of dirty hungry children, maybe it is the whole southern woman thing. I usually dream I am trying to get somewhere and am lost, it can be exhausting too. Gail

  6. I don't often dream about parties, but when I do, you can be sure I'm not ready for them.

  7. My dreams similar to that are of working in a restaurant and getting way, way behind. Or having a test to write and not being ready. Those are "hard work" dream; you wake up exhausted.

They tell me I do not feel well enough prepared.

Lately I've been realizing, in such dreams, that I'm dreaming, and while dreaming I've been telling myself "You're not going to get any work done here, so stop this and let yourself get some proper rest!"

Or -- when things go awry in a dream -- and I pay attention, it usually means I have to get up for a pee!

  8. I am exhausted today. Too many social interchanges yesterday. They tire me out after a while.

  9. Dreams can be exhausting. One of mine just ruined my whole day. I'd tell you about it if we could go out for a beer. x
