But next year- oh my god!
Anyway, I just have a bunch of pictures. Here they are.
After bruncheon and Monopoly and sweetness galore, Mr. Moon and I took a ride down to Lake Miccosukee in the Cutlass. I decided I did not want to go out to eat. I just wanted to glory being with my partner in crime, the father of some of my babies, the daddy of all of them and so that's what we did.
And I got to talk to two of my most beloved mother-sisters on the phone and May posted this on Facebook
I am the luckiest woman in the world.
And now I'm going to go cook some potatoes and carrots out of the garden and thus, I am even luckier.
I just want to say I love you. I feel lucky to know you and mothered in reading your blog. I won't even try to explain that one. I am so happy your real children honor you the way they do. You are the best mom.
ReplyDeleteDear dear Mary-Happy Mother's Day to you, sweet woman. The photos were just perfect.

ReplyDeletewhat a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteSo glad that you had a good day. We did not celebrate because there are no Moms alive anymore, but we did have a lot of gratitude for what they gave to us and to all the people who have nurtured us in our life.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you all had such a fabulous day...We just had a storm here, complete with thunder, so summer isn't long in coming.
