we made a sling for it so that Jessie could carry the baby around while she's making pie and cheesecake.

It really does not do her justice but she (he) is learning to play!
We've come a long, long way in a week.

tony is looking at cats online at a local shelter as we speak- they are at capacity and are adopting adult cats for $5. the shelter is down the street from where he works, so i guess if he comes home with a cat i won't be shocked. i told him to be preemptive and put a cat carrier in the trunk, just in case...
