Your Annual Flower Porn

My annual picture of the wild-blooming clitoria. As I always say when I post it, when nature finds a design she likes, she uses it frequently. And to her satisfaction, I would like to think.

Walk accomplished, toxins dispersing via sweat as we speak (if this theory is true, I will never die) and time for a shower and to get back to town where I am having lunch with my children and my grandchildren.

I feel fairly cheerful this morning after a nice reunion with my husband last night, a good night's sleep, that sweaty walk, the prospect of lunch with my babies.

Here's what my last stretch of road looks like as I finish my walk with a visit to the post office which is the building in the rear, a very old train station. It may be the oldest still surviving in Florida but there is some debate about that which I have no interest in worrying about. I am just glad to see it when I get there.

Good morning. The sky is clear and the air is hot and the bugs are humming and the chickens are scratching and this is my life and this is where I live and this morning, at least, it all seems perfect in my eyes, like the design of a woman, a flower, a stretch of a road in deep oak-covered shade.

  5. Same here. I'm going out in it any time now. Straight to the lake and in, until I'm cold, or colder anyway.

    I love you too.

PS You know, If I lived near you, we'd totally be friends and I'd always be at your house or you mine and we'd be poking around in each other's kitchen, looking for something good to eat.

    Just sayin'

  6. Likewise, the penis seems to be a fairly good design too. Think of cucumbers, Italian eggplants, obelisks, etc. After all, we were created to reproduce. I failed that test. LOL.
