  1. Too funny Ms Moon, my husband send me this article a couple of days ago and now I find it back on your blog. Serendipity. It's very appealing to after a couple of white nights (the french call it nuits blanches) to long for a night with sleep without interruption. I hear ya!

  2. Weird-I was reading about this yesterday myself, and now I see it here!

I can buy it, I often wake up halfway through my sleep without fail, and usually read for a bit before I go back to sleep.

  3. I'm kind of a champion sleeper, but when I do wake it's always at 3:30. It freaks me out if I can't get back to sleep. I'm going to stop worrying. Thanks for posting that!

  4. how about that. That's just what I do. I sleep between 10 PM and 2 AM and then often am awake until 4 AM or 5 AM when I'll sleep til 7:30 or 8AM. I have always thought it was insomnia. I'll get up and read mostly or sometimes go work on a model. And I don't usually feel sleep deprived.

  5. Hmm. I don't drink coffee, and if I w was let, I'd sleep 8-9 hours straight through nearly all the time. I wish I could be let alone to sleep again, I miss it so. And by the time I am, I'll be middle aged and not sleeping well anymore :(

  8. It really does. Here it is 2:30 and I've been up for a while. It will be an hour or so before I can sleep again. I have ALWAYS woken around 2 in the morning. Rarely do I go back to sleep right away.
