  3. I've met Ms. Gregoire several times -- I liked her very much. A smart, smart lady and listened to me so closely that it was almost intimidating :) Thanks for posting.

  5. Great news - finally, a politician willing to set aside religion and separate it from the workings of the state.

I never did understand what difference it could possibly make to my marriage if a couple of the same sex got married. How does it undermine the family? In what way?

  6. Mr. Mischief- Slowly, things change. And we all feel better.

Amna- I am proud to have posted it.

    Magnum- Both. And yes, DUH!

SJ- Obviously she is a woman who listens. And thinks. I am glad you've gotten to meet her.

Lulumarie- She's inspiring, isn't she? I wish OUR governor had half her balls and a tenth her brains but he doesn't.

Jeannie- That is the most bullshit argument those anti-gay marriage people use. I mean- really. What crap.

  7. I think that if gay people want to get married, and then be miserable like most of the rest of the population that it is okay by me. I don't think that politicians ought to dictate morality or family "values" or any of the other stuff that they get involved in. Just leave the morals and the religion out of stuff--but they listen to the populace who seem to all be Fox News clones, spouting stuff without understanding any of it.
