Short

Taken on my walk this morning. Bee having his way with a clitoria.

That was before I got caught in a downpour.

Then I spent most of the day washing tchotchkes in the kitchen.
Just don't even bother to ask.

And now, Little Miss is here.

And I must go pay attention to her.

Be well.

Love...Ms. Moon

  1. It may be time to try antidepressants, if you haven’t already. I’m on my second round after the first upset my stomach so badly. I feel much, much less anxious. I still think trump is a disgusting human being so it hasn’t dampened my spirit!

    1. Maggie IS growing so much. She's a hoot, that child.
I wish I loved green tea.
We're all doing as well as we can. And that's all we can do. Thank you, sweetie.

  4. Surely the answer is dark chocolate! We survived a hot and humid... Very harsh on our northern bodies I tell you what! I'm having watermelon for an evening snack which the kid has just doused with a ton of lemon squeezy.

    1. Unfortunately, dark chocolate does not cure everything, much to my dismay.
      Watermelon sounds real good.

  5. Time saver for the tchotchkes. If they aren’t family heirlooms they clean up beautifully on your dishwasher gentle cycle.

    1. I did wash all the vases in the dishwasher and a few of the other things. The rest I put in some warm water with dish detergent and oxyclean. Worked pretty darn well!

  8. took me two days to clean all the stuff on the long shelf above the sink and counter. even though the mosquitos are so fierce out here right now, I wish we would get some rain.

    1. I did not even attempt to clean the things over the sink. Nope. Forget it.
I hope you get some rain. Our mosquitoes are crazy too.

    1. It wasn't very calming. In fact, it was a bit horrifying to see how dirty everything was.
I did have fun with Maggie.

    1. Right?
When August and Maggie play on the phone, they always say, "No more monkeys jumping on the bed!" Like the doctor in the book. And then they slam the phone down.
