Leftover wings and cheese sticks from yesterday's lunch. This, immediately after a goodly serving of pancakes which was proceeded by cut up fruit and energy bars.
I had forgotten that children are actually flesh wrapped around bottomless pits of constant hunger.
Everyone slept well last night.

ReplyDeleteYou have just described my almost 4 year old grandson perfectly. His favorite line at my house is "I'm hungry", followed almost immediately by "I'm still hungry". Our days revolve around food.

mine would come to my house (they lived next door) nearly every day wanting food, hungry, complaining that their parents never had any food in the house. I confronted my daughter. yes, she said rather exasperatedly, there is plenty of food in the house.
