And The Greatest Of These Is Love

Got news today that an old friend is in hospice care now. It's just a matter of time. She's been sick for some time and nothing in this world has held her here except for a spirit as strong as steel although she's as fragile-looking as a strand of cobweb. Or perhaps, her spirit is as strong as the cobwebs she looks to be made of because aren't they the strongest of all?
That spirit and love.
And as we all know, love is the strongest thing there is. When it is true, its strength cannot be measured, its power cannot be known except by its example.

I would wish that sort of love for all of us.

That's what I'm thinking about tonight.

Love...Ms. Moon

  1. Sympathetic thought to you and your friend. Saying goodby is always messy.

  2. always a blow to hear this news about anyone, let alone a longtime friend. May she be surrounded with love on this journey

  4. I'm so sorry. May she have peace through the process. And for you too. Much love.

  5. I'm sorry about your friend, Mary.

  9. i hope your friend can ease gently into the light.

  10. I am sorry about your friend. I think of Kathleen and her transition to become part of the universal energy.
