The rain is really coming down now and occasionally, a frog croak-trills, "WHAT!?"
I can only agree.
The cats keep wanting to go out but when you open the door they look outside and change their minds.
I am so grateful for electricity. It's gonna suck so bad when my internet disappears.
I have had two generous vodka tonics and hope to sleep through the whole thing.
Eventually, I'll let you know how that plan worked out.
Love...Ms. Moon
That's a crazy coincidence. ..I just had two vodka tonics while cooking dinner! Haha. Liquor is an essential part of hurricane preparedness. I hope your electricity holds out. :)

ReplyDeleteLily, glad all are okay. No power here until a few hours ago. Lots of trees down on the island but horse and boat survived. Tell your mother I am sending good thoughts.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Lily. Hoping you and your family are warm and dry as well. It must be hard with 3 little ones when you are without power. xo
ReplyDeleteLily, thank you. I've been worried all day, given where the hurricane made land fall.
