And it's cold and I have a mountain of laundry to do and we're exhausted but oh, it was so good to see Owen and his mama and daddy. Owen looks like he's grown so much and he has such short hair and he wanted to sit on the floor of the airport and talk. Which we did.
I'll report in tomorrow when I can. The boy is coming at nine. I have no food here except for eggs and there are plenty of those.
Night, y'all.
Sleep sweetly.
Love...Ms. Moon
Welcome home, Sister Moon.
ReplyDeletewelcome home maria luna!
ReplyDeleteI'm not nearly as good a housewatcher as May. She would have left good food for you. All I left was a broken chair.
ReplyDeleteI imagine your hens are so happy to have you home! Tomorrow you and Owen will catch up with all he has been doing and learning while you were away. You will tell him of the blue, blue sea and sky...yes he will so enjoy you telling him stories of while you were away.
ReplyDeleteWelcome home even to a mountain of laundry...home to your sweet bed.
Welcome home and thank you for your delicious writing that made us all feel we were right there with you! Joanne
ReplyDeleteWelcome home, dear Ms. Moon. I'm so glad you're back, but I do miss our time on Cozumel already.
ReplyDeleteThere's always that pile of laundry on your return, but who would want it otherwise. The laundry is a reminder of where you've been.
ReplyDeleteGlad that you made it home safely. And that your life there is infused with memories of Cozumel.
