Double Joy

 


Breakfast this morning with the Williamsons. 

It's so lovely having them here. 

And today is Jessie's birthday and the whole family is gathering, all of us vaccinated and ready for all of the hugs and all of the kisses and all of the sweetness. 

It's a very fine day.

    What a beautiful trio. Would have like to have seen you too. Happy Birthday to the birthday gal. So lovely to see. I am still staying home shielding decrepit and wretched. Your blog sustains me across the pond. Oh l read that book you reccomend This is how it is. Great. Often read books you recommend but dont tell say due to health and the rigours of the blogstapo with my aged eyes. Probably shouldn't tempt fate but it doesn't interrogate me like it used to.
