It stormed so hard last night. I'm not sure I've ever heard thunder quite like that. It sounded like bowling balls being dropped down stairs, it shook the house, the ground, the world.
And then it rained and I couldn't sleep because of my hips, my legs, and the power was off and this morning I'm awash in the anxiety.
One foot in front of the other.
Etc.
And so forth.
Keep on truckin'!
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for all my bones to quit hurting, too. Hasn't happened yet. At least they hold me together.
ReplyDeleteHope by now the day has gotten better for you. Much love.
ReplyDeleteKeep on truckin' indeed. May as well be anxious on the move as in a corner. xx
ReplyDeleteI hope one foot in front of the other leads to to bed for a nap. xo
ReplyDeleteNot sleeping makes for a hard day afterward.
ReplyDeleteMy anxiety would be off the charts after a night like that. Our power has went off so many times this summer that my stomach starts knotting up if one raindrop hits the ground. Oh well, just another thing to add to my worry list.
ReplyDeleteHope you were able to get a good nap in !
