Happy

Here are pictures.

Owen took that last one and the lights were out to bring in the cake with candles so...
But it's sweet.
Oh, my sweet family.
My heart is just overwhelmed sometimes. It was a very good evening. Our server was excellent, the food was good and Owen and Gibson and Lenore were only slightly wild.

I came home after cake at Lily and Jason's and went to put the chickens to bed. Miss Elvira and Miss Lisa Marie (perhaps temporary names but that's what we're calling them now) have not been going to bed in the hen house and last night we couldn't find them anywhere but they showed up this morning. Tonight, however, Elvira was in the henhouse in a nesting box and Lisa Marie was on top of the run between the henhouse and the coop and I picked her up and put her in with her sister.
We're getting there.

Well, I feel a political rant coming on or at least a discussion of the most recent news but quite frankly, tonight's not the night. Tonight is the night to celebrate Jason and why I love him so much. Here's a picture he posted on Facebook under the title "This is why I do what I do."

There's an awful lot of people who don't figure that one out in a lifetime. And he just turned thirty today.
What more can I say?

Love...Ms. Moon

  5. As far as I'm concerned, "slightly wild" is exactly perfect.
