Baby Waylon is coming today. He's the son of my dear friends Billy and Shayla. I've never taken care of this little man on my own and he doesn't know me so well but I think we'll do fine. And Jessie may come out too to help amuse him which is vastly comforting. All babies and children love Jessie. That's just the truth.
When Shayla talked to me a few weeks ago about how they were going to need help with the boy this week (their usual babysitters are out of town) she said that she and Billy had decided they were going to have to ask the Moon Women for help.
I love that she said that.
I love that they trust me with their sweet little boy.
