It's not really a Christmas green Ms Moon as SJ suggests, but a lovely pale green that contrasts well with these images of the moon. Still I take SJ's point. Do you?
SJ and Elisabeth- I'm not protesting Christmas. I'm protesting me participating. But yes, of course I noted the holiday-colors and I liked them and they went with the cardinal so... Why not?
Photocat- I love how those branches in front of the moon look.
Ms. Fleur- Yes, as if they were holding it!
Jo- When I exported them they were the size I always use and then google put them in smallish. I do not know why. You can click on them, though.
We had the most beautiful full moon last night-low and orange-as we drove out of the Twin Cities. I had my camera and tripod but the big problem was the fact we were in the middle of the busy interstate and it was butt cold! Oh, well!
Oh, that gorgeous header!
ReplyDeleteThe moon is gorgeous too.
For someone who is protesting Christmas this year, have you noted that your blog is currently decked out in red and green?? :)

ReplyDeleteGreat moon shots. There is a magical aspect around it when it is full. Love how you framed with leaves. Well done!
ReplyDeleteIt was spectacular wasn't it?
ReplyDeleteI love the way the nekkid tree branches appear to be holding it.
Lovely.
xo
Stupid Question: you know how usually you can hover the mouse over the pic and you get size options? Is that not working now?
ReplyDeleteThey're amazing, even small.
Lo- Sweet picture, huh?

Wonderful shots. What camera and lens do you use?
ReplyDeleteWow, are those for real? Beautifullness!
ReplyDeleteDidn't mean to be critical at all - was just teasing :) Sorry.
ReplyDeleteSyd- Oh honey. It's a point-and-shoot. But a good one. Canon Powershot XS 20.
ReplyDelete21k- For real and un-tampered with.
SJ- Don't apologize! I understood completely.
Love, love, love these embellished moons. x0 N2
ReplyDeleteDamn, those are some fine photos. Every time I try to take one, it's blurry. I don't know what to do about that.
