It makes me ridiculously happy to see the young chickens getting along with the older ones so well.
That's Dottie and Trixie, Dearie and Nicey.
Peace in the yard makes peace in my heart.
Goodness but it's a beautiful day.
Today I had clients from Germany, Holland, England and Italy. Other than the accents, there is really no difference. Well, they are much older than I am. But all of them, awesome. If chickens can do it so can we. DT can take that the bank.
I just had an image of DT feeding chickens. Haha! I doubt that man has ever come within two miles of a live chicken, much less had anything to do with shoveling chicken shit. Thus- he has no idea.
They look like excellent company.
ReplyDeleteThey are. Most definitely.
DeleteBeautiful day in MN today too. Your simple picture brought me joy.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad. Thank you.
DeleteNow if only our world could learn from your chickens! Love.
ReplyDeleteI wish.
DeleteNot going to happen.
Dammit.
Naming a food item. Interesting.
ReplyDeleteThese are not food items. They are beloved pets who lay eggs.
