I just can't believe I'm sick. This is ridiculous. I am feeling better today but still did some sleeping and have a little fever. I took a covid test and it is not that. I imagine I'll be almost well by tomorrow. And honestly, as much as I hate being sick away from home, this is such a cozy and comforting place that I feel quite at home and it is not so bad. Not so bad at all. I have everything I need but I have to admit that I feel useless.
The boys have been loving the hot tub. They've been in and out of it constantly. Boppy and Mama enjoy it too.
SO glad you are not down for the count.......... hope another day of rest, sleeping in a lovely house.........loving on family......will cure what ails you!

Yes , you are making it real hard for us to feel sorry for ya...
ReplyDeleteLovely summer!
I guess if you're going to be sick you might as well be in a lovely place anyway.
ReplyDeleteJust catching up. That house you rented is gorgeous. Sorry to hear you're sick. I'm sick too and I hate being sick in the summertime, especially when I'm on vacation. Oh well. Hope you're feeling better soon, hope I am too.
ReplyDelete37paddington: not too bad at all. Those are some happy faces!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely place to get sick. At least you don't have to worry about not doing things. Just relax, enjoy and get better.
ReplyDeleteBeing on holiday away from home is the worst time to get sick, but at least you aren't feverish and really ill. You're probably fine again by the time I'm typing this. I'd love a hot tub!
ReplyDeleteThat's a real shame getting sick on vacation, but I'm glad you're starting to feel a little better now!
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon!
ReplyDeleteI'd be hanging out at the creek myself. glad to hear you are feeling a bit better.

Oh dear! I am sorry to hear that you are not yourself right now and hope that whatever it is disappears very soon. Maybe you can climb in the hot tub too? It might do you some good.
