You looked stunning on Mother's Day! Absolutely stunning. Those kids aren't so bad either. My poor family would starve to death if a sushi chef showed up over here! Very finicky, my kids AND husband. Me? I like it all!
MOB- I know. It's going to happen so soon, too. I cannot wait.
Ms. Trouble- My kids just love to eat. Good food, especially. They're so cool. All of them. And me? Well. Stunning? I took about fifty photo booth pictures before I was semi-happy with that one. But thank-you.
Sushi! One of civilization's crowning achievements! Right up there with a perfect Martini - aren't you a lucky duck! And a beautiful one. Happy Mother's Day!
You are so beautiful Mama, and Granny even admitted that! Today was fun, thank you for letting us come over and make a mess, once again. I know all the while you probably just wanted that martini and the dirt in your fingernails. But I had a great time, and of course I hope you did too. You are a wonderful, fabulous, most amazing mama in the world (other mothers please take no offense). I love you so.
HoneyLuna- It was a wonderful day. I feel great tonight. After y'all left, Lily fell asleep in Daddy's chair and I took a nap and then got up and worked in the garden. Then Daddy and I did have a martini In short, it was a perfect day and I loved having all of you here and thank-you for everything, you sweet, sweet girl!
Lady Lemon- It's pretty labor intensive if you ask me. Next year we're talking about doing stuffed grape leaves and having falafel. Change it up, you know.
Beautiful family, delicious looking Sushi! Life doesn't get much better than this. Oh - but, it will for you - in a few months you'll be a granny!
