Here's Your Sunday School Lesson

When the Bradford Pears drop their leaves, I am always on the lookout for the few whose patterning resembles so closely that labial portal which always surrounds the Virgin of Guadalupe.

I attribute no meaning to this. Merely delight.

  1. Those leaves are gorgeous! I have never seen leaves like that, most probably because I live in the frigid Chicago area, where Bradford pear trees don't grow.
Thank you for the delight on this Sunday morning, Ms. Moon!
