I very much liked the nurse practitioner I saw in the doctor's office today and she was not overly concerned but was quite thorough in her questions and she did a brief exam. 

 However, I am not convinced that that is that and may be going back tomorrow. Meanwhile, I would just like to say that for right now, I am not up to writing. When I get very anxious, I get very quiet. 

And so, if I do not show up here for awhile, you will know why. But who knows? Perhaps tomorrow I will be back in full force. 

We shall see.
