  1. Be still, my heart...WOW, I don't think I've ever seen that one before...the smiles, the silliness, our beautiful Beatles. Thank you, Ms. Moon.

Oh John, has it really been 30 years???? I miss you still, and George as well, your words and music a part of my soul forever.

  5. What pure fun! Though I must say it made my eyes mist up to think of John and George.... to remember what a crush I had on Paul. . . but I giggled at Ringo's dancing feet.

  6. Yes, a classic. Like "Let It Be", the Beatles had it pegged. A fine post.
I've been away, but picked up where I left off.

    Peace.

  7. Brilliant idea! They sure knew how to sing and write. At least they created a large body of work before disbanding.

  8. Meri- I do love Ringo. He seems so joyful.

Spadoman- Nice to have you back!

Paula Scott- And an IMPORTANT one, too. My daughter Jessie and I were just talking about the Beatles and how every generation discovers them and how EVERYONE knows Beatles songs. They were something.

  9. What a lovely surprise to not only see those whipper snapper Beatles back in the day, but here this wonderful song again. Whenever I am in NYC I make a pilgrimage to Strawberry Fields and the Lennon memorial.

  10. Well, I can't see the image soOOOo I'll have to google it I guess! I loved George and Ringo the best! I was thinking of John this morning for some reason! I was telling my daughter how he died a violent death! I did envy Paul's first wife though, Linda back in the day! hehe
