Since I have been sorely remiss in the daily chicken update, here is a picture I took today of Harley holding Suzie. His mother is helping because Suzie is more than a three-year old's handful these days.I think she may be a boy named Sue.
I still can't tell which of those chickens are roosters and which are hens.
But Harley said something today when he saw them which I feel certain is true:
They're going to be real birds!
Yes sir. They are.
And Harley is going to be real smart.
Okay. He already is. And cute, too, not to overstate the obvious.
Ms Fleur sure can make a pretty baby!
