Everyday Wonders

Didn't make it all the way to the end of the Oscars but I sort of wish I had.
Wow! Craziness!
And I am SO glad Moonlight won although of course I haven't seen it. BUT Elizabeth said it was probably the best movie she'd ever seen and the story behind it is so incredibly beautiful that it was the movie I was rooting for. Not to mention the FSU film school connection but that's neither here nor there. Although it is sort of cool.

And here it is Monday and I think I might meet Jessie and August and Vergil's dad and his wife who have been visiting, down at Wakulla Springs and it may be exactly one year ago that I went down there with Scott and Yolie and their grandson, Kaleb. Wouldn't that be funny?

Life is odd.

A good day to leave the farm, as it were, to go visit the holy waters of the springs of Wakulla.

I'll report in.

Love...Ms. Moon

  2. Yes, Moonlight is definitely in my Top Ten of best movies ever seen -- I had to knock out one to add it to the list! It's such a powerful work of art on so many levels. That was the weirdest night, though --

  4. We rented "Moonlight" but we haven't watched it yet. That Oscars situation sounds so crazy, but alas, I didn't watch it either.
