I guess we're at war with Iran. I can't even truly take that in. I just did a quick look at the news and Iran's Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei is dead. So are over fifty children whose school got hit by air strikes. And here's what the insane man this country elected as its president and who ordered the bombings had to say about a timeline:
“The heavy and pinpoint bombing, however, will continue, uninterrupted throughout the week or, as long as necessary to achieve our objective of PEACE THROUGHOUT THE MIDDLE EAST AND, INDEED, THE WORLD!”
I am old enough to remember when there was a anti-war slogan that went something like, "Bombing for peace is like fucking for virginity."
Yeah.
Because Pedophile in Chief does not want the world to know what he did to children, he is now killing children. If this isn't a calculated and deadly distraction from the Epstein files, I don't know what is. Calling for the release of the files on UFO's and aliens surely didn't get the job done so hell, let's bomb the fuck out of Iran.
Is it really any wonder that I feel so very content here at home? I've now spent three days without speaking to another human except on the phone and I am neither lonely nor bored. This is where I feel safest and most in control. I realize that both of those things are merely concepts but I'll take them.

DeleteI felt so ill when I heard the news I ate all the icecream in the freezer which didn't help at all. How I wish someone or several someones would take a stand and get that disgusting "man" arrested and jailed. My laptop opening screen says he did this because Iran interfered with the 2020 and 2024 elcetions. Such delusions he has and all to try and hide from his Epstein Files exposure.

Can you imagine how we're feeling? It's all a horror. I think he's given at least five explanations of why he felt compelled to bomb Iran. None of them constitutionally his right to do so.

The people who are celebrating Kahmenei's death probably have every reason to but who's to say what that government is going to look like when the dust settles. Trump certainly has no plan. And I can't help but think back to when the statues of Saddam Hussein were toppled with such glee and yet, war continued on and on and on and so many more thousands of lives were lost. Bush didn't have a fucking plan either.

DeleteImmoral? Well. I would think that bombing a girls's school which killed 148 girls is exactly that. Has Kahmenei been immoral? Of course. Horrifically so. But that in no way justifies what Trump is doing right now. Or Israel. Trump has repeated the phrase "pinpoint bombing" and yet, somehow, that girls's school got hit. Was it on purpose? If not, then once again, he is lying as he has lied over and over and over again.
Ty but are we to disregard the 30000 people who were killed by the Iranian leaders and just let the killings continue. Who would have stepped in to help those people?
DeleteThere are other ways to deal with such things besides simply sending in bombs and taking lives. Have we not evolved far enough to try to employ these methods? And besides that, Trump never gave a damn about the 30, 000 protesters killed until the Epstein files releases and possible releases demanded distraction.

Thank you so much for taking the time to converse with me. I am in the USA I do hold a degree in politics. I am a registered independent. I am very concerned by the division of the people here along party lines. I believe this division is being created for power on both sides of the aisle. I enjoy your blog and I have been posing these types of questions to conservatives and liberals to try to start a heartfelt civil discussion on why each person feels as they do. We need to find a way to be strong together instead of the manipulated division or the USA is going to fall.
DeleteFrankly, I think it is obvious to anyone with a soul that the country being divided by party lines is not the issue. And if you have a degree in politics, you should recognize that. If you read my blog you KNOW why I detest Trump and all who support him. This is not about politics. I have no idea. All I know is that at this point, there is almost nothing I would not believe about all the evil and twisted strands that were woven together. There has to have been some incredibly powerful people involved in all of it to have managed to keep almost everyone involved out of prison.
