A Tiny Blogette

I'd just like to say that there are three things in this world that make me really happy to pat. They are:

Babies' behinds.
Bread dough.
Garden dirt after I've planted seeds.

The amazing thing to me is that all of these feel very similar when given a little pat. A bit bouncy- giving and yet firm, pleasing to the touch and totally alive.

That's all.

  4. ....well a clean baby's butt maybe... actually I was envisioning a baby's head when I wrote my last comment. You know that slow intake of warm air while nuzzling their wispy head. Yeah... that's definably what I was thinking about. The butt, not so much, no... :)

  5. Oh, I think that even babies' butts smell good. If they're clean, of course. Everything about a clean baby smells good. But yes, the way their little necks smell is one of the joys of life.

  7. Yeah. How can you help patting a baby's bum? I mean- it's just the best.
