Lizzie is here. She is showing Jessie JEWELS in the kitchen right now. Jessie has spent the day recovering from her bachelorette party. She is wondering if she'll ever drink again.
Haha!
Bless her sweet heart.
We went to Kathleen's wedding. There must have been a hundred people there. Owen and Gibson were in heaven. Adoring people AND cake? Oh my. Owen played with a little nine-year old girl who was dressed like a fairy. She was the boss of him and he loved it.
Kathleen was beautiful. Also? She and her husband gave me and Mr. Moon matching Duck Dynasty T-shirts. They look like this:
I'm pretty excited.
Okay. I better go look at jewels. But I have something new to worry about.
Check THIS out.
Gallinippers?
Really?
Fuck.
Things just keep getting weirder.
Love...Ms. Moon
Ha! My very good friend (who was born and raised in Lacoochee, FL) refers to extremely large boobs as gallinippers. I was almost scared to click on the link.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're getting through the day.
Kathleen got married?!?
ReplyDeleteIf I'd had a chance to comment on your previous post I would have said pecans so for what it's worth, I'm glad you used the pecans. You ARE busy. I forgot you were going to the wedding today. I'm glad you and your family enjoyed it and that Owen is getting used to being bossed around by females at such a young age. I hope you sleep well. S. Jo
ReplyDeleteUm I am pretty sure I was bit by one of those bastards at the end of last summer. It was the biggest mosquito I had ever seen and it hurt like a bitch! Where these beasts around last summer?
ReplyDeleteWHAT THE FUCK? I have a spare room for you and mr Moon if the giant mosquitoes get too fierce.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the okra!!!!!!!!!! I will eat it with relish (well, not exactly relish, probably some cheeses and olives and I don't know what all). I will think of you each lovely bite.
XXXXX Beth
I love the shirts! Awesome!
ReplyDeleteOK, having grown up in Florida, I have NEVER heard of a gallinipper. The story doesn't make clear whether they're native or invasive, but assuming they're native, I'm sure we've both seen and experienced them and just thought they were big mosquitoes. Don't you think?!
The wedding! That is so nice. happy for Karhleen. The shirts look goth!
ReplyDeleteThe fuck? Gallinippers? I am telling you now to pack up your whole family and move to Canada where we don't have satanic bugs like that. You will even get Universal Health Care if you can claim refuge status because of the fucked up bugs that are out to destroy people.
ReplyDeleteHoly shit. Now you HAVE to get a flame thrower. Or... five.
ReplyDeleteFuck, man! Please god no!
ReplyDeleteThe t-shirt is pretty sweet though.
Shoot! We have had gallinippers around for a while. My daughter couldn't remember the name I called them and referred to them as gallon suckers. I thought that name fit them well too.
