What is fluffy slime? you may ask.
We're fixing to find out.
Since Vergil's in India, we decided to have a slumber party here tonight. And slime-making seems to be the first part of the evening with martinis, hamburgers, and brown cows to follow.
The boys will not be drinking martinis. I will not be having a brown cow.
Sophie is here too and at this moment thinks she's doing us a favor by barking at the folks going into the church next door.
In light of all the activity, I do believe we're going to wrap this up right here. Too much going on for me to concentrate and besides that, I did absolutely nothing of any interest today. Not to me, not to you. Not to anyone on this earth.
Anyway...
Happy Friday, y'all.
Love...Ms. Moon
Happy Friday to you and your beautiful family! XO, Rigmor
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday! Enjoy the slime and your martini.
ReplyDeleteI like your explaining who gets the martini and who gets the other beverage! Good to be clear on these things.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea what slime is, but the martini sounds marvelous. The boys look very happy with their slime and that's all that matters.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how long slime has been around, but my grands were making it ten or more years ago. Not one of them is under 20 these days. I do not remember what they used it for, if anything. I bet it will ruin a martini, so wash your hands.
ReplyDeleteThe fluffy slime sounds interesting and I am wondering what it was used for.
ReplyDeleteWith you Mary. Love abounds, yet ever and always trying to maintain an even strain. Thank the Gods for martinis and clean sheets.
ReplyDeleteI could use a martini!
ReplyDeleteI want to make fluffy slime on your porch!
ReplyDeleteYou are such a wonderful grandma, Mary! Looks like the boys are enjoying their slime! Hope you enjoyed your evening.
ReplyDeleteWait...Vergil is in INDIA? I think I missed something! I'm not sure what fluffy slime is but I'm sure a martini makes it bearable for the adults in the room.
ReplyDeleteAh, slime! We have never made fluffy slime, but we have made enough slime on my kitchen table that my table's finish is shot.
ReplyDeleteA brown cow is kahlua and milk, I'm guessing those boys had a different kind of brown cow:)
ReplyDeleteThat slime looks gross and messy, I'm guessing they loved it.
Hope you had a lovely sleep over.
Oh lordy! I remember making that with my grandchildren. My daughter was none too pleased with me but who cares!
ReplyDeleteThose two boys have a lovely life, don't they?
My daughter is called Jess, short for Jessica.
i'm grateful to the powers that be that slime was never on the agenda during my years of granny camp.
ReplyDeleteWhat handsome boys. They are destined to become heartthrobs, although they will probably have no idea they are ! :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a lot of activity if interest going on there and wise of you to go be a part of it all. Enjoy your beloveds. They are so full of light.
