I'm glad you're enjoying it. We had a magnolia in our backyard in Pasco and it grew incredibly slowly too -- not the same variety as yours but a plain ol' southern magnolia. It had amazing flowers. I wonder if it's still there.Steve Reedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11684120060438252945noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2086296370004835655.post-5877513169532521622019-04-15T14:05:01.681-04:002019-04-15T14:05:01.681-04:00sometimes one must be told to go to bed and it be ...sometimes one must be told to go to bed and it be a no option thing...I am sure she needed that, I do. Not sure how you do that with your babies, keep up, I mean. I am exhausted just watching children in the grocery. It's fine when we are moms, it is conditioning but to spring all of that on when that has not been an everyday thing is ...exhausting! We love them and feed them and play with them and then give them back to their lovely parents and we do the laundry and tidy up and take a well deserved nap. We cherish the peace as much as we cherish the chaos. At least that's how I imagine it. I can't wait.37paddingtonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12400464105403622384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2086296370004835655.post-27998639117279042272019-04-15T10:14:11.546-04:002019-04-15T10:14:11.546-04:00Busy weekend. I love them.

We had a quiet day at home yesterday and I was able to finish Miss Katie's quilt which made me happy. The daffs are the same. Either done and gone, or just opening, like my little garden.
I glad Maggie remembered her manners in all instances, from rubber bands to going to sleep.
