Take a shower and stay as cool as I can until the late evening run down the road. More sweat. And so it goes. Not sure why. I am so glad they do.

Jo- It's so odd that we even live in the same world. I can't imagine being cold right now.

jenny_o- Glad it's not too unbearable there. And yes, I will keep an eye on that wound of his. Thanks!

Joanne- No new news on the legs. Blood testing comes next. Foxes are so fast and sly you wouldn't have time to freak out before one had disappeared. I promise..

Denise- Thank you. For all of that. I think the farther out I get from my own anxious days, the more I hold that time in horror.
Be well, Mrs. Moon. It makes me open my eyes in greater appreciation of what is around me. Though if we saw a fox, it would be on the news!!!! I was thinking of Mr. moon's legs. You have not updated us lately and I'm wondering how he's doing. I send you a hug today.Joannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08015888228309968515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2086296370004835655.post-44994740767816791552015-07-30T14:43:55.804-04:002015-07-30T14:43:55.804-04:00It's greener than usual in my part of the worl...It's greener than usual in my part of the world. Usually by now the heat and dryness have started to turn things brown. Not this year - it's been cool and rainy so things are still fresh looking. I do love how you report on the plants and people around you. It helps me look at things differently where I live.

And tell Mr. Moon to keep an eye on that cat bite. They are like any puncture wound - they can get infected more easily than a surface cut or scrape. And cats are notorious for the germs they can leave in a bite or scratch. Our son was scratched badly on his head by a neighbour cat when he was young, badly enough that I took him to emergency. They would not put in stitches because of the likelihood of infection. He still has the scar in his scalp. I love cats but not that part of them.jenny_ohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15475480579733466963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2086296370004835655.post-62894098728325371762015-07-30T13:38:22.892-04:002015-07-30T13:38:22.892-04:00Beautiful descriptions. I saw something narsty in the wood shed!

Ugh, Mary, its' so cold and wet here - well, the sun is shining gently on the leaves now, but the rain keeps returning. I just fell asleep sitting up on the sofa in a cold bundle and woke up freezing with a dead leg. I do have my yard though which I wander in.ellen abbotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00535475792150335186noreply@blogger.com
