One day when we had only been out here a year or so there were two young squirrels, siblings, romping in the yard. they were so cute and curious and then my cat got them both. I was so heartbroken. Field peas, black-eyed peas, etc. They are legumes. Zipper cream peas are a variety in that group. <br />English peas are the green ones.
